Steven is a seasoned finance professional with a wealth of experience in lending, be it home and investment loans, business and commercial lending or SMSF. He started his career in the UK with National Westminster Bank and the Royal Bank of Scotland, before joining St.George Bank Corporate in Sydney. Steven then spent 5 years leading Business and Home Lending Specialist teams within the Westpac Group. Now as a Mortgage Broker, his focus on helping customers and businesses achieve their goals continues, with the wealth of options available via the Lydian network at his disposal.

Christian’s journey started in Personal Training in 2012, running his own business for over a decade. Seeking a new challenge, he was inspired by the finance sector and completed his Cert IV in Mortgage Broking and Finance in 2022. He specialises in Owner Occupied Loans, Investment Loans, Car and Asset Finance, and Commercial lending. Christian holds a Diploma in Mortgage Broking and Finance and is a member of the MFAA.

Angelo has been in the finance and property industry for over 30 years. He is a member of the MFAA and holds a Cert IV in Financial Services. Angelo identifies customer needs and explains the options available from a wide panel of lender products, sourcing the most suitable options for each client’s circumstances. Kylie’s career in Financial Services spans 18 years, covering financial planning and mortgage broking. Before entering the financial services industry, Jorge spent over a decade as a professional engineer delivering environmental solutions across infrastructure, manufacturing, mining and aquatics sectors. His technical expertise and problem-solving mindset laid the foundation for a successful transition into corporate leadership, where he led strategic planning and partnership development initiatives as a Sales Manager for ANZ markets.

Kyle works with first-home buyers, investors, refinancers, and self-employed clients to cut through the noise, compare options across a wide range of lenders, and structure loans that support where they're going — not just where they are today. From strategy and application right through to settlement, he handles the process end-to-end and keeps things simple, transparent, and jargon-free.
Before moving into mortgage broking full-time, Kyle spent several years building and running his own business. That hands-on experience gave him a real understanding of cash flow, scaling a business, and dealing with lending challenges from a business owner's perspective — which is especially valuable when working with self-employed clients and investors.
Earlier in his career, Kyle held senior leadership and commercial roles, giving him a broad understanding of how financial decisions intersect with business strategy.

With over 14 years of expertise in Relationship Management, primarily in Private Banking and three years in Mortgage Broking, Salvador specialises in supporting High Net Worth individuals and their families. His role at Lydian Private involves recognising the unique and complex financial structures of HNW clients, providing a holistic approach to managing finances for clients, their family and business. He specialises in complex residential lending, long-term debt structuring, and business and commercial lending.

Josh moved to Australia at 18 and quickly built a career in banking, becoming a branch manager for a major bank within three years. He made the move to broking in 2018, working for a fintech start-up and a boutique mortgage broking firm before becoming self-employed in 2024. Josh specialises in residential lending for owner occupiers and investors, long-term debt strategy, and business and commercial lending. He holds a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking and is a member of the FBAA.

With a background in Psychology, Remon brings a client-centred and solution-driven approach to helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals.
Over the past two years, Remon has developed strong technical capability in lending strategy, debt optimisation, and policy navigation. His work involves supporting a diverse range of clients, from first-home buyers through to sophisticated investors, by structuring solutions that align with their long-term wealth objectives.

Growing up in Sydney, Alex has always had a strong connection to both the city and its community. After finishing school, he spent several years working across private members' golf clubs as a pro shop attendant, balancing hospitality work with completing his Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance.
Once he graduated, Alex decided to pursue a career where he could apply his passion for finance more directly — leading him into the world of mortgage broking. What started as an unexpected opportunity quickly became a natural fit, and he has since built his career helping clients navigate complex lending structures and secure the right financial solutions for their goals.
Alex is a member of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA). Outside of work, he is an avid golfer, often spending his weekends on the course or with his family up the coast.
